How credits workPaid processing uses 2 credits per paid webpage or selected Store Catalog product. API jobs share the plan’s monthly credits: 2 per successfully processed webpage or Store Catalog product. There is no separate API subscription. Every paid scan includes checks for larger public versions of the images it finds. Larger files are offered only after the match is verified. Pro includes 1,000 monthly credits (up to 500 processed webpages), Business 4,000 (up to 2,000 processed webpages or catalog products), and Scale 16,000 (up to 8,000). Store Catalog previews, downloads, and failed processing use no credits.Credits reset with each Stripe billing period and do not roll over. Paid plans also include higher free Scan Single Page limits; after that allowance is reached, you can choose to use 2 credits per additional scan.

Review and control the output
Review dimensions, format, file size, versions, and source URLs. Choose filenames, filter the results, export URLs and metadata, convert downloaded copies, or include all verified versions.
Know what actually downloaded
ZIP downloads report how many image files were included. If individual files fail, retry only those failed files. Failed page or product processing does not consume credits.
Keep larger jobs organized
Multiple URLs keeps exact pages separate. Store Catalog keeps downloads organized by product. Paid results stay available for 24 hours, and completed work can be kept while unfinished items are retried.

Account, credits and billing
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your paid plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the current Stripe billing period. After that, the account returns to Free and unused paid credits expire. Canceling does not immediately remove recent paid results; Multiple URLs and Store Catalog results keep their normal 24-hour results window.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. A paid upgrade starts a new billing period. Stripe credits unused time on your current plan and charges the new plan immediately. After that payment succeeds, the new plan starts with its full monthly credit allowance and a new renewal date.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. Open Account and choose a lower plan to schedule the downgrade for your next renewal so you keep the current plan and its remaining credits through the rest of the billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Paid processing stops before a run starts if there are not enough credits. You can reduce the run, wait for the monthly credit reset, upgrade to a higher plan if available, or contact us for custom capacity. Source Image Finder does not automatically charge overages.
When do credits reset, and do unused credits roll over?
Paid credits reset with your Stripe billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Do failed or cancelled jobs use credits?
Failed processing uses no credits. Active paid work temporarily holds credits while it runs. Queued work cancelled before processing starts is not charged. If a page or product has already started processing when you cancel it, that item may still cost 2 credits.
Is API access included?
Yes. Pro, Business, and Scale include API keys for Single Page, Multiple URLs, and credit-free Store Catalog previews. Business and Scale also include catalog product processing through the API. API processing shares your monthly credits with the website, with no separate API subscription: 2 credits per successful webpage or catalog product. API requests do not use the website’s free Single Page allowance. Failed processing, catalog previews, status checks, and downloads use no credits. Read the API documentation or open Account → API keys.
Do previews or downloads use credits?
No. Store Catalog preview, filtering and product selection do not use credits, and downloading completed results does not use credits.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your subscription may need attention if Stripe cannot collect a payment. Existing paid results remain available for the rest of their 24-hour results window, but new paid processing is paused until the payment issue is resolved. Open Account → Manage billing to update payment details.
Where can I update my card, cancel, downgrade or view invoices?
Open Account to schedule a downgrade. Use Account → Manage billing for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
How long is Saved work retained?
Multiple URLs and Store Catalog processed results are available for 24 hours after processing. During that window you can reopen and download them again without using more credits. After 24 hours the processed result expires; processing those pages or products again uses the normal credits. Scan Single Page results are temporary and are not kept in Saved Work.
